Coaching for men
Good men win. Let's make sure you do.
Coaching for men who already carry a lot and want to lead it better. Clearer decisions, stronger character, and a way of showing up that the people counting on you can feel.
Good men set the tone.
For their families. Their teams. Their communities. A good man leading at a high level lifts everyone around him. That is not soft, and it is not optional. It is the highest-leverage thing you can do with your life.
This is not another productivity system. It is the deeper work: getting honest, getting clear on what actually matters, and building the character and discipline to live it out. One on one and in small groups, drawn from years of facilitating men’s work.
Why me
I’ve spent my life helping people grow.
I co-founded a learning institute, led teams through hard turnarounds, and serve my community on the board of Greensboro Beautiful. The throughline never changes: helping a person become more than they thought they could be.
I am not interested in performance for its own sake. I care about men who want to be good, and win because of it, not in spite of it.
The work
What we do together
Get clear
Cut through the noise to what actually matters to you, and name what is in the way.
Get strong
Build the character, discipline, and habits that hold up when life gets heavy.
Get accountable
A consistent place to be honest, be challenged, and follow through.
Honest, decent, and whip smart.— Mark Cohn
Good to know
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is forward-looking and action-oriented. If something comes up that calls for a therapist, I will say so plainly.
Do you only coach men?
No. Most of my coaching is with men, but the work, getting clear, building character, and leading well, is for all good people. If that is you, we should talk.
One on one or group?
Both are available. We will figure out which fits you when we talk.
What is the commitment?
Real change takes more than one conversation. We will scope a container that fits your life and goals.
How do we start?
You apply, we have a conversation, and if it is a fit we begin.
Ready to do the work?
Tell me where you are and where you want to go. If it is a fit, we will begin.
